Workshop Breakdown

Yes, we will be moving :) The first part of the workshop includes the warm-up, which consists of body-weight/calisthenic exercises to build your strength and coordination.
No equipment required, and modifications for exercises are welcome.

After we are all warmed up, we will go through a selection of basic self-defense techniques against common attacks from the standing position (e.g. grabs, strikes).

Fighting is only a portion of self-defense, but it's not the only factor. The final and most important part of the seminar is understanding how violence occurs and knowing the safety strategies to detect and avoid potential danger.
